TopWatch Roof Maintenance Program

An effective roof maintenance program will help maximize your roof's useful life - upwards of 30% - and minimize your total roofing expenditures. It will enable you to take a proactive position in dealing with your roofing assets and keep you in compliance with roofing manufacturer's warranty requirements.

Grove Roofing Services' TopWatch program will allow you to analyze, organize and systematically maintain your roofs. Structured in two separate phases, the first phase is a one-time analysis of your current roofing inventory. The second phase concerns itself with ongoing maintenance procedures based on the information obtained in the first phase.

Phase One

The first phase analysis provides:
  •  A roof plan with all major details.
  •  Square foot and lineal foot totals of roof conditions.
  •  A core cut analysis of roof systems in place.
  •  Historical research of roof performance to date.
  •  Manufacturer's warranty research and evaluation.
  •  A summary report with projections for immediate maintenance requirements,
    ongoing future and maintenance needs, and anticipated roof life estimate.
The cost of the Phase One analysis and report is based on the square footage of the roof areas involved.

Phase Two

The second phase of the TopWatch program, setup in one (1) year increments, provides the following:
  •  Scheduled semiannual inspections in the Spring and Fall.
  •  Documented repairs, done at a reduced labor rate during inspections, or areas in need of attention.
  •  Written reports, with photos, for inspections completed.
  •  Priority status as a TopWatch client, that should we fail to respond to an emergency in less than 24 hours, you will not be charged for that service call.
  •  Manufacturer's warranty research and evaluation.
The cost of ongoing maintenance work in Phase Two is a nominal flat fee per year, coupled with a 5% reduction in our standard labor rate.
